How to get custom Haptics pattern to play on my Apple Watch

I set up a custom alarm haptic pattern on my iphone and it works, but I really wanted that specific pattern to play on my apple watch. The watch still uses the default watch alarm sound and haptics.

Is there any way to get that haptics pattern to play on my watch (as an alarm)?
