I can’t recover my deleted photos that in the icloud.com it says « Unable to Recover Item Item could not be recovered due to a server error » And it’s on the same on my Macbook

Check and see if your iCloud has enough storage to store recovers.
I ran into the same error message when I tried to recover my deletes, but after purchasing more spaces, recover works just fine.

I'm having the same problem too!
Hopefully it's because the server is down, I accidentally deleted all my videos...
Maybe try to recover at a later time :/ fingers crossed.
