I bought an apple watch second hand am looking for the owner of the watch, because I don't know Apple ID , so My country is far away, I want to return the money, please help me to find a solution.

If purchased, return the Watch for a refund from the seller, or request the seller unlock it.
If the seller has disappeared, you got scammed. Recycle the Watch, as it will never be useful to you.
If this is a found Watch, turn it in to local police, or recycle the Watch, as it is now and will never be useful to you.

I don't know who to return it to because it was brought from another country
Return it to whomever you purchased the watch from for a refund. Or, recycle the watch responsibly. There are no other options
