macbook pro 2017 15inch getting hot and draining battery when lid is closed(sleep mode)

i had been facing this issue from a while tried lot of things but don't got any solution

i consoule it shows

com.apple.message.waketype: Dark Wake from Normal Sleep

what is this dark wake and how to get solve this situation?

it drains battery alot

my battery condition is normal don't use any external USB device.

please let me know if their is any solution
