When I set an alarm on my IPhone or IPad there is a little alarm clock icon on the upper right corner by the battery icon alerting me that it is set. There is no such icon on my series 4 Apple Watch. I know it is displayed when on the charger but I wear my watch while sleeping using a sleep app. Is there any way of knowing the alarm is set while wearing it?

If you are using another app as the screen during the night, I don’t believe you can see the alarm set notification, but on the clock face, you can either set the alarm as a complication, ask Siri on the watch before going to bed, or just checking the alarm app.
