My gift card is not activated
I bought a gift card and had to get apple to assist me with the code. Received code from apple now says card not activated. Don't know what to do.
You will need to contact Apple again for further information. You should have the receipt for the Gift Card that shows the Activation code on it and the amount of the Gift Card. It is the retailers responsibility to activate the card at the register and give you the receipt. If the card never got activated at the register, the clerk could have just taken your money and given you the blank card back. In any case, Apple will be able to provide you with the steps that need to be taken and they may need the receipt from the retailer, or you may need to contact the retailer.
It is also possible that the code Apple gave you on the previous call was the wrong code.
