iPad Calendar all day events span on two days

When I synchronize my iMac Calendars to my iPad via USB cable (I do not use iCloud Sync), all day events on the iPad span over two days. On the iMac, calendars are perfectly OK.

The synchronization was OK before. I did not change anything except system and applications updates via AppStore.

I deleted completely old calendars before synchronization. I deleted Calendar.app on iPad and reloaded it from AppStore. I restarted iPad. Nothing corrected the problem.

Am I missing something?
