How to fix Face ID recognition issues on iPhone with a beard

HOW CAN I RESET MY iPHONE’S FACE ID. BECAUSE I HAVE GROWN A BEARD, THE FACE ID RECOGNITION IS NOT RECOGNIZING MY FACE. IT NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE MY FACE TO RESET AND OR DO ANYTHING ELSE. NEED SOME HELP Y’ALL

Beard or no beard the Face ID does not change. Face ID can adapt to your changing appearance, including growing a beard! But for a significant change, you can also set up an alternate appearance.

To set up an additional appearance for Face ID to recognize, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Set Up an Alternate Appearance, then follow the onscreen ...

Here's how to do it:

Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on Face ID & Passcode.
Enter your passcode.
Look for "Set Up an Alternate Appearance" and tap on it.
Follow the on-screen instructions to scan your face.

Now, Face ID should recognize you with or without your beard!
