years ago i changed my appleid to a NEW email. But the phone is now auto inserting the OLD email when i try to update any app. When i go to Settings/Name/SigninSecurity the phone correctly shows the NEW email. How can i get the phone to actually use the correct NEW email?

Go to the App Store>the person icon in the top right corner to see if your Apple ID mailadress is stated correctly there
