Purchase in transaction history but when selecting refund, it disappears

I purchased Puss in Boots: The Last Wish when it first went into YouTube using my apple account. It has since been removed from My Movies and TV for an inexplicable reason and every time I talk to YouTube support they tell me to go to Apple. However, when trying to request a refund, I can see all of my transactions including the one for this movie, but when I select “request a refund,” all transactions disappear from my options except for one. I don't have what I paid for and YouTube support refuses to do anything about it so I don’t understand why I can’t get a refund.
