I've received the wrong charger with my refurbished Series 9 watch
It doesn't have the aluminium band around it and it's not a braided cable, according to the person on chat support I've got an SE charger. I've been online and on the phone for over 2 hours trying to sort this and originally advised to drive to the Apple Store and swap it out!!! I want this resolved properly, I've spoken to a senior advisor who passed me to the sales team but I've been on the call
for 70 minutes and no answer.
