Hi, Ropolro, you’ll need to be running Catalina ( macOS 10.15) to sync your iPhone 13 using the Finder or MacOS High Sierra ( 10.13) through MacOS Mojave ( 10.14.6) plus iTunes 12.8 or later… and I see by your posting you have MacOS 12.7, so get High Sierra or later , upgrade your Mac mini and there you go. You might be thinking Ropolo said 10.12.7, looks like Ropolo has Monterey 12.7... easy to do with apple dopping OSX. :)
