apple music family sub
i was charged for it but i cannt add anyone to the family sharing,can i get a refund?

Why can't you add anybody?
Unless there's an issue with the service from Apple's side, you would not be entitled to a refund.
You can cancel the subscription, but unless you can prove its an issue on Apple's side, not just your inability to add people, then the refund will probably not be granted.
