Apple apps while on holiday

I am on holiday in the USA from Europe and wanted to order a pizza from Dominos. What better way to do this than from the domino’s app… Unfortunately, Apple restricts and treats customers from a different country as second class citizens. I am not allowed to use the US Apple Store in the US, as I do not have a US Apple account. This is just another reason to switch back to Android. When Will apple realise that there are no borders for users and their restrictions just apply for their Corporate benefit.
