Apple Music duplicate playlists

My iPhone had playlists that were not downloaded to the phone even though they should have been because I added them to the phone manually. Only some of my playlists were not downloaded to my iPhone, and I want all playlists accessible when I am not connected to the Internet, so I clicked the red down arrow at the top of the playlists that had the down arrow (not the check mark at the top), and it proceeded to download all of the songs. I then noticed that there are now two of the same playlists added to my account on all devices (and even more strange the duplicate playlists has song not in the same order as the original)? I am afraid to delete the duplicate in case there is an unknown issue where it may delete both if there is some weird cloud issue. Any ideas what's going on?
