Why can i not move the toggle on Fetch app for them to be able to track after this newest update?!

Fetch is an app which allows you to play games and earn points towards rewards. You have to have tracking enabled for the app in order for them to track your progress. Since this latest update which I updated on 05/17/24 is has not let them track my progress and if I go into settings it will not allow me to move the toggle to allow. I have read that many people are having an issue with this but not really finding an answer. Please help!
