Grid lines when watch is dark. Series 4
Did you check the battery health in Settings/Battery on your watch? If it is below 80%, you should get the battery replaced.
Did the watch come into contact with water? The water resistance can be reduced over time.
Did you already try to force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the screen goes dark, and the Apple logo comes back again?
Looks like a hardware issue. Has the battery already been replaced in the past?
Battery at 85%. Not in water recently. Intermittent problem. Watch works fine otherwise.
