iCloud upgrade not possible with my bank

Hi! I would like to upgrade my iCloud account to 200GB. However, this does

not work with my preferred bank (ING, Netherlands). The card does function with Apple Pay/mobile payments. What to do? I already contacted ING, but they can’t help me.

Paying with PayPal would also work for me, but this I can’t select as an option…
