email arrives then disappears from my in box

I use AT+T's Yahoo email service. This problem has occurred over recent years then goes away. It's back again. I see email come into my inbox but when I go to open it, it disappears. I've done all of Apple App's and At+T settings troubleshooting and everything is set correctly. Is there a phone # to call AT+T tech support to have them resolve this problem?
