Therefore, I no longer record steps that I take in Health App. Secondly, the term ‘ring’ refers to the anus muscle, in most parts of England. I therefore do not appreciate the daily, repetitive request from Apple’s interruptive notifications asking me to ‘check my ring’. Please stop
