My iPad shuts down at 10%
My iPad is dying even when it says it’s on like 10%. With charger in it comes back on at 2% and is slow to charge. iPad only year or so old.

As a start, you shouldn’t routinely let it get that low. But it may need a new battery. Contact Apple support using the Support link at the top or bottom of this page.
