MacBook Pro M3 keyboards

i purchased 2 Mac book pro m3 models but both came with different keyboards. Is that possible? The first laptop has a labelled keyboard that says “return” instead of enter and “delete” instead of the arrow symbol. Second laptop looks like the usual standard with no labels and only symbols.
