After updating no option to enable tracking on iPhone

It won’t let me or my bf like allow tracking,(not location tracking) we both have iphone 11s is it the update? cus me and him are the right age and it was allowing us to like allow tracking untill like tdy so anyone who’s have this problem pls replyyyy

It is a known issue that I would expect to be resolved shortly. In the meantime users have had success by going to Settings > [name on top] > Media & Purchases, and signing out. Of course, you will need to sign back in to use the App Store again for any purchases. The other option is to wait until it gets resolved.
