I am unable to access apps and load websites on my MacBook post macOS Sonoma update.

After updated to 14.1.1, i can’t open any apps, can’t load any website, can’t use airdrop, totally bricked.
The error message keep saying something related to internet, but i am 100% sure not my internet problem, because my every other device works great(Android, ios, windows). I even tried to connect to 2 other wifi, macbook still can’t load anything.
I rebooted, restarted safari, everything.
Few hours later, I received an update, but i can’t download the update due to the connection issue bug on the recent version.
I am using the exact same wifi to work this few hours on iphone and Android phone
