Consider that physical screen protectors (tempered glass, or plastic film) can be removed without affecting your iPad warranty. By contrast, Liquid screen protector products offer no physical damage protection, are irreversible, and may void your Apple warranty.
You can use both and it won’t affect your AppleCare+.
