How can I get a refund for overcharges on my Apple Music bill?

So I’ve been paying for the Apple Music college plan for a month now. Apple says it’s $5.99 per month but Im getting charged $6.47 every time and I’d to know why. I’d also like to know if I could get a refund on the $2.49 they owe me for the potential overcharge.

Curious about a Charge? --> If you see an 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement
If you have an issue with an app on App Store or billing --> Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store
