Is there anything that could burn the Iphone by for example apps or pictures or tracks and If there is music bought by the children and if there is crazy day so is it better to cool or hot?

Maximum Capacity isn't a range of values — it's a single value. To make sure you're looking in the right place, this icon is the Settings app:
...Tap it to open Settings app. Then scroll down to Battery and tap it. Then tap Battery Health & Charging and tell us what the Maximum Capacity % is. If its value is only "––", let us know that.
