internet through bluetooth?

Ok amazingly enough I some how setup my imac and Dell Axim x50v to transfer files .... no biggie for most people but I'm pretty new at mac stuff

do I need to put the passcode in every time i want to transfer files?

also I'm wondering can I share my 3g internet connect through bluetooth to go on the internet on my axim?
