Apple Manager: Ah.. Bob left for vacation early yesterday.
Apple Employee #1: OH..****!!! The passwords are on his computer.
Apple Manager: Hmm.... not good. Well Ill just tell upper management we sent them anyway. You look into fixing this mess.
Apple Employee #1: Yeah ok, Ill do it right after lunch today.
Apple Manager: Sounds good.

im freaking out i have 30min ****....okay everyone we need 2 create a BIG SCENE over this...email all your newspapers email apple phone apple and post like nuts on teh msg board on the rhcp site and email them...create as much fuss as possible and we may start 2 get some where.....

Shite are you sure that there are no tickets left for toronto!?!.. if there arent then screw it ill drive to montreal,with every bit of strength i posses i will see the effin concert and if you love RCHP as much as i do you'll find a way to APPLE WILL PAY FOR THIS!!!

My guy was friendly, but it didnt help at all. He said that they are being sent out, and the code should be received by everyone at some point today. The only thing that I suggest is for the people who have received the email about the code but it was blank to also call, because he said as long as I did not receive that, that I should check periodically throughout the day for my code.

i called apple and they told me that they are working on the problem, so be patient, hopefully it will come soon. Im in toronto and my sale started 1.5 hours ago, i hope there are still seats.

Hey you really want a good laugh go to www.apple.com/pr/2006/apr/04rhcpeppers.htlm. Sorry I don't know how to make it a link. They've really put their foot in their mouth. It's too late now for codes, seats, whatever. They are all gone. They bilked the public, we've been fleeced by Apple and Warner. They shouldn't have offer such a deal unless they were 100% certain they could carry it off. I feel we should be refunded the money without a big song and dance. We did not get a chance to get any tickets. I've written to Rolling Stone, E Entertainment and UPI and AP. I think this is just cause for a class action suit against Apple and Warner, the representatives of the biggest media fiasco in years. I will be pursueing that line, we all should. Up all night and for what?
Ticket master has nothing to do with the codes, it's all Apple. They just sell the tickets. What a freakin' mess!
