Classic 1.0.3 update makes photos unviewable?!

So I just updated to 1.0.3 last night, getting a bit excited for the much awaited fixes for my 160gb.
At first, everything looks good: a bit snappier, disconnecting is much easier with added progress bar as to when to disconnect, on the right side on main menu when you scroll to now playing it displays not only the song but also artist & album, much quicker coverflow, much improved spinning disk...
But when I scrolled into pictures, I noticed no preview of pictures appeared on the right side, I entered my pictures, still no preview, clicked on one of the folders, it shows them in thumbnails but unable to view full screen...for all pictures.
I tried resetting but to no avail. I'm into manual setting and just around 40gb of music. I'll try to manuaaly sync them again and hopefully all goes well.
Anybody else experiencing this? Any suggestions? I apologize for the long post.
btw, seems sometimes when in the main menu and scrolling in music, no preview is available on the right side but it returns in a while...

I have a 160GB and experienced the exact same issue with my photos after the 1.0.3 upgrade. I am erasing them now and will sync again to see what happens...
No preview from the main menu (grey half screen) and no preview from Photos menu (black half screen)...
Syncing now, but it takes a long time. I have over 800 photos to "optimize" from the iTunes main info bar, but it is slowly doing its job...

I have the 80 GB version. My photos were unviewable after the update. I could still see thumbnails though. I ran another sync jst on the photos and they are now viewable again.

I also experienced the same issue after I have updated my software from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3.. argh. its so hassle to sync again all the photos from my pc. tsk

Yup...re-syncing solves the issue. All photos able to preview and view full screen. Although still a bit choppy but it's all good. Still a hassle though going through it again. Nice one apple.
