Finder Freeze - Macbook Pro running slow

Hey Everyone,

I have a 17" Macbook Pro 2.4Ghz with 2GB of RAM and approximately 85GB of free Hard Drive space. The other day I reset my PRAM (because I haven't done it in a while) and I started getting finder freezes like crazy! I ran Disk Utility and everything looked alright. Also, it seems like my computer is running much slower now. I have Leopard 10.5.2 install. Does anyone have any ideas?
