Weather Chart and Stocks won't update

My edge and network seem to be working. I can open web pages in safari and send email. But my weather and stocks won't update.

I have that problem sometimes. With stocks keep pressing the company name. It takes me 6 times sometimes for it to update. With weather i have to exit then go back into it a few times sometimes. Not all the time but enough to pee me off.

I have the same problem. This appears to be an issue with Yahoo, the source of the data.

This is happening to me as well, seemed Ok this morning and now stocks and weather no longer update. I've restored the phone didn't make any difference, I've rebooted and still nothing. May be something today specific to Yahoo as others on this link have pointed out, let's hope it fixes by itself..

I too have this problem and its not the phone, I had it changed by an apple store and its still the same, it is specific to my wifi at home. try logging onto another wifi network or edge and you should see it work fine (mine does every time). but when i get back home it stops again. it even works OK logging onto next doors wifi!!!
I have tried reconfiguring my wireless router but i am sure its not that as the Safari, itunes store and mail work fine.
I have a rough idea what it could be, the broadband router seems to have to be "woken up" to connect back to the net and when you click the weather etc its a small burst of info, therefore it cant connect to update, thats why after a few times of pressing them it finally updates.
Its been driving me nuts and no one can help, tried apple support lots of times, tried o2, they all said its faulty and take it back to apple shop.
FYI- imac, netgear wireless, virgin media router.
