The Virtual tours are created with FreeWay.. it's the photo web galleries that I use iWeb for and they don't render at all! example

I had tried the replacement of the scripts and it did not work. The I made a quicky test album to replace the album that wouldn't display and republished it from my desk top. It worked. But When I remade it for real and republished it it broke again. Then I noticed I had added a PNG that I made in photoshop to the second album. I removed it and It worked again.

Thanks for all the previous posters for the ideas.

Okay I see what you mean. I am work and I tried FF3 no good. Used Safari for windows okay.
Go to my church site I did modified iWeb with the two java files. I had to re-save and the re-published. I used transmit to take up back to my iDisk.

I saw all your photo pages in FF3 if this helps. They seem to be working.

Yes I can see your church site, it's a little off center in my browser but at least it works. I've tried all the plug-ins and still not working... my blog renders better however.... but my album wont work. I hope this is fixed soon.. or I'm going to start losing money. I've already had to buy another program for the virtual tour galleries.

I copied the scripts to the application, published to a folder, and then FTP'd the site and none of the albums worked. Just now, I FTP'd the new js files directly to iWeb and the other website on Godaddy, and now both sites work. Go figure...

Thanks for everones help!

there's 2 cracks out there... exactly which file (link if you can) did you ftp to your godaddy site... and are you galleries working?

I uploaded DetailView.js and HeaderControls.js to Dot Mac and Godaddy and both sites worked. Patching iWeb and publishing did not work for me.

I had to refresh the cache but you site looks like it's working fine now. I tried the same method and replaced the .js files through ftp and they still aren't working. I'm glad that it's working for you! I'm not sure how my galleries are different. My problem is that I'm about to finish a website for a client... and I wont it to work right from the beginning.

here's a page.. can you see the album

I am sorry your site doesn't work. I had just about given up. With all the intelligent people in this forum, someone must be able to figure this out. Waiting for Apple to fix the problem is probably futile. They are probably waiting for us to fix it ourselves. It is inexcusable that they knew about the problem with Firefox for months without fixing it, especially since they are the ones proclaiming tight integration among programs. Shame on them. I hope they get some bad press about this and are forced to fix it!

You are absolutely right! Thanks for letting me know. I must have used Safari instead of Firefox. What a disappointment!

I had a similar experience - followed patch instructions and replaced the two .js files in iWeb, republished my site - still broken. I then did a quick and dirty test of a photo page using the same content; all worked!!

Then went about 'finishing' off the photos page with additional gif logos etc. Tested - stopped working. Finally figured out that if my .gif logo had a shadow added using iWeb then the photos would not display. Remove shadows and all OK.

Hope this helps those that have tried the 'patch' instructions and are still having issues.
