Is there a way to disable header referals in Safari?

I can do this in Firefox, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it in Safari.
Macbook Pro 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

You'd have to use SafariStand.

I just installed it, but I don't see a setting to disable header referrals :/

You'll find it under SafariStand Setting>General; on the right-hand side of that window is a checkbox for "Block Referrer from localhost".

I can't speak to that issue, since I've never had that problem. But in any case, did you try rebooting after installing SafariStand to see if that makes any difference?
