Hi everybody! So, i`m looking for one good uploader for Flickr that i can use in iPhoto. Anyone here know one with options like "Title" and "Tags", and free? I found the FlickrExport 3.01 but it is very expensive. Thanks and sorry for my english, i`m learning.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding your question, but iPhoto '09 has direct support for uploading to Flickr including titles and tags.

In iPhoto you can add "keywords" to photos. Those transfer to Flickr as "tags".
And the names in iPhoto transfer as titles in Flickr. Mine are simply renamed for data and time (e.g. 050209-09.40.53.jpg) and those transfer fine over to Flickr as the titles of the photos.

I use Flickr Exporter 3 on my Iphoto 6 (one iMac) and have it on my Air under iPhoto '09 and like it. (No affiliation whatsoever; just a happy user)
Buuuut, it just may depend on how often you upload to Flickr. I do a fair amount of sets and use Groups, and FE3 will allow some fast entry customization within the interface for sets or just the one or odd ones I post, saving a trip to the Organize window in Flickr.
If you upload just a few at a time, don't mind using the Flickr Organizer screen when you need it, or can work within the iPhoto limitations, you probably can use iPhoto happily ever-after, however.
For a more specific discussion, see the developers comments here:

...As always, ymmv.

Hi Edzso,
Ya I looked at that page from the developer and those are all very real and valid problems with the Flickr uploader in iPhoto. I too have found it very annoying that you can not simply upload photos to Flickr without creating a set. So for me, while I am using the iPhoto Flickr upload tool, it is ONLY useful when uploading a set of photos I actually want as a set. For small batches, one photo, or photos I want to go to an existing set (that doesn't exist in iPhoto), I still have been using the Flickr Uploader application outside of iPhoto.
In addition, I have run across instances where a complete set has not been properly uploaded and the link between the album in iPhoto and what was sent to Flickr is broken. The only way to fix it is to delete the whole album then recreate it and reupload all the photos again.
As I said, for a full album you want as a stand alone set in Flickr where you don't need different tags and the other limitations, the iPhoto link between Flickr and iPhoto is fantastic as you can easily make fast changes in iPhoto that get reflected in the flickr album (tag changes, editing of photos, etc.). But that pretty much is the limitation of the iPhoto Flickr tool, so well done but for a very narrowly defined scope of actions.
I will be sure to check out the Flicker Export app.

Hi Patrick,
Having been using the Flickr Exporter for a few years, I guess I also have a "comfort" bias, but when I started using iPhoto '09 I immediately recognized the Flickr "convenience" built-in in iPhoto for the Mac switchers or those trying iPhoto for the first time. (Oh look, Mom will like!...)
I used the Flickr Uploader freebie app (not too bad, really) on iP 6 now and then, but as you mentioned also, often had it hang on larger number of exports, and could never get it to reliably create a new set. FE3 has been a good reliable tool for me, and as we know, now and then some good tools cost money.
