Anyone else receiving errors with the music store?

I purchased the Kanye West cd last night at 12 and still to this minute have not received the songs that I have already payed for. It is pretty frustrating to pay for something and not get what you pay for. It keeps telling me there is errors in the music store and it cannot check for purchases. I am checking to make sure this is not only a problem on my end and/or if anyone has any fixes to this problem.

I 2 purchased this album around the midnight hour before my pre-order, which I canceled, said it was ready to download. Now I can't get it using any of the conventional methods or the others I've found on this forum. I emailed apple earlier today and haven't heard anything back. I'm tempted to just rebuy the album again and request a refund for the first one if it works. Oh, and I can still purchase other music and it downloads fine.

I just got an email from Apple saying that there is something wrong with this certain album that they are working on fixing. Why did it have to be the Kanye CD!

I have the same problems too, but I have not purchased the music mentioned by the others. I'm waiting for jazz music by Joe Zawinul and Jaco Pastorius.

Well I found out I can't repurchase the album cause it knows I already paid for it once. Yeh, I was excited to get this album before alot of people I know and this doesn't help.
I'm also noticing they are making changes because the track count keeps changing in iTunes and the # of downloads I still have waiting to download. I better get all 15. I got screen shots to prove what I purchased.

I have had the same problem. I purchased 42 songs and they disappeared from my shopping cart. However, when I went into my account the 42 songs were pending.
I went back to the store and purchase a single song and it purchased / downloaded no problem. I still cant access my 42 songs, yet they are paid for. PS, I just checked my bank account online and the purchase is pending activity. Meaning, Itunes is charging my account for something I cannot receive. Please help

I am having the same problem, 26 downloads pending and "iTunes is unable to check for purchases." I don't know how to solve this problem, I'm just trying to draw attention to this issue so that someone will hopefully be able to help me out.

Same for me I bought 38 songs last night and when I clicked buy it took my ITunes credits and now I can't download the songs. I tried to get a new song just now and I still get the message about ITunes store temporarily unavailable. Sure hope they get this fixed and I get my songs or credits/money back!

Yep, I've got the same problem unfortunately...I've got 41 songs waiting to be downloaded (all from the artist Fernando Ortega). I keep on getting the same error, "The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." The crazy thing is that I can download individual songs, but not the 41 songs I bought last night - crazy!
Hopefully Apple hurry up and fix it...

Same problem here. 28 songs, none related to the others mentioned in this thread. Of course the initial response from support was the usual banter about doing the "check for purchased" and such, even though I described that I already did it.
And by the way, it's definitely account related. I got the same "not available" error on two Macs and a Windows machine.

I'm having the same problem as well. Apple support isn't helping much. Hope it works soon.

I'm having the same problem and we're not alone. There is at least one other thread here in the forums about the same problem. And it has almost 30 entries!

Same problem here. Purchased 4 songs, using current iTunes version, and can't retrieve them. Was charged, however.

Spent at least an hour previewing songs and when tried to download them my shopping cart erased. Checked for purchases and can't connect.
