Is the iPod touch app pack available in Canada?

Hello. I would like to purchase the iPod touch app pack. It offers me the choice of "Buy Now" on the apple.ca website, but leads to a maddening loop of "No Thanks" or "Remind Me Later" with no option to Buy. I have been working at this for well over an hour. Please send me a link to the purchase point or the phone number of someone to yell at if this is not available in Canada.
Thank you.

Currently, NO ONE can buy it anymore. They removed the link probably for some fix about this whole "paying $20" business.

If they do, yes, they will refund, just like with the iPhone situation.

I bought it within two hours of it being announced. It wasn't available until I updated my ipod, but afterwards I was given the option.

I managed to buy it, and I must say that while it is nice, no way is it worth $20. For two reasons:
(1) the apps are all ones you can get free as widgets (or even for free via iPod touch Safari), and they all - except Notes - still require internet connection to be functional.
(2) nothing is fixed with the general OS functionality, at least from what I can work out. Eg video playlists, that kind of thing.
Above all I find it kind of mean that they didn't include at least one little game in there. The iPod Touch is crying out for some nice little app one can fiddle with when out of wifi reach.
Eg I'm amazed that they didn't buy that cool Physics app I saw a video of (the one available for jailbreaked devices). They bought Coverflow and integrated it into iTunes and then the actual Apple OS; likewise the iPod Touch and Phone could really use a flashy little bit of fun like that - it would be great for demos in shops.
All the more bizarre, I find, when other older pods have got games on them.

I still get the standard upgrade page with all the options to Remind em later, Go to Upgrade or No Thanks. I have had these options evver since the upgrade came out. Nothing has changed for me. I am from Canada so maybe it's different for us??

and which buttons would you use for the game? The home button? Kind of lame to have a game with one button.
Maybe a sliding puzzle game? Or something like the marble maze? Maybe, but that would depend on the rate at which it reads the tiltie thingie inside.
There was a response from Apple when the iphone first came out that the common games would not work on touch screen devices due to the controls. They require a different format for most games than other ipods.
imho I didn't buy it as a game machine. I bought it as a pda. It's now closer to that goal. Once I can read pdf files from school projects, it will be better yet (the school has gone green by releasing most notes on pdf. Sure would be nice to load them from the website and read them while unconnected.

Yes, you can buy it in Canada. I did. $19.99 CAD.
Not too happy about that, however, the Mail app is nice, especially being able to read PDF WORD and EXCEL (non-tabbed I think)
Maps is good, but locater is way off or doesn't work for me.
Notes don't sync with Outlook, nor do outlook notes sync to the touch. One can email touch notes though.
Stock and weather widgets are ok...not worth any $$ though, as easily available on web for free, and require wi-fi.
Capability to email pictures is cool. tried that last night. worked well.
Safari bookmarks work well.
The reality for me right now is I'm only near useable wi-fi at home.
Is it worth $20? Not if us early adopters are being singled out. bah!
Seems that if this update was $4.99 that would make more sense, and then I would be willing to look at all the awesome programs that will be released under sdk. right? RIGHT?

I just tried again (in Canada) and it's not available, 2:15pm EST on Thursday. Either "No Thanks" or "Remind Me Later".
