Can't print after 10.5.2 install

Hi
I installed 10.5.2 last night and I can no longer print to my printer if it's plugged into the Airport Extreme Base Station. Works fine if I plug it directly into the G5.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I have the same issue. If you delete then add back your printer it should work.

I'm having the same problem, I have a Samsung ML-10 hooked up to a N-Airport Extreme via USB. I've deleted it and tried re-adding the printer, but it doesn't work. The only work around that I have is to use "IP", then select "HP Jetdirect - Socket", and put the IP address of the base station. Once I did this I was able to print.
It's a shame that 10.5.2 has broken this, it works fine with 10.5.1, I even tried a friends computer.

Has anybody else had this problem? Anybody else figure a way to get the printers to work correctly, without the work around?

I'm still troubleshooting mine, a Samsung ML-1710.
Yesterday, the G5 worked, G4 did not, and I held off updating the BlackBook, which still worked at 10.5.1. It was not clear whether the Graphics update is what killed the G4 or not, since the G5 worked fine with 10.5.2.
Today, the G5 worked after the Graphics update so I used the combo updater to bring the Blackbook to 10.5.2.
Now, none of the three work unless plugged in via USB. :/

I posted this in another thread about printing causing crashing.
I'm using a Lexmark X5470 on a new MacBook Pro. Originally when starting with Leopard 10.5.1 I had to download a patch from Lexmark to make it print in Leopard and reload the printer driver . Then after updating to 10.5.2 the other day I can no longer print from Word by selecting "File>print" from the Apple menu bar and setting my print selection, color, paper, etc. At that point either selecting print or cancel will cause Word to crash. Always. I can print from the printer icon in the Word menu bar but that won't allow me to control pages printed, color, or select envelope printing. This appears to me to be a new problem that came with the 10.5.2 update. I've uninstalled the printer and reinstalled, including the Lexmark patch, and still it crashes Word every time I try to print from the Apple menu bar. Very strange.

Hi
I had the same problem. I have been having lots of Leopard problems. My work around is to delete the item you want to print in the printer queue , go to the Firewall in System Pref and "allow all". Now go back and print. Remember to turn off allow all.
See how this goes it has worked 3 times for me.

After installing 10.5.2 my G4 TiBook w/ airport express will not print as a Bonjour printer. It will print when directly connecter USB.
Have tried deleting and readding printer, have tried different drivers, have tried rebooting airport and airport express.
Major bummer :/

I read another discussion and one person downloaded the stand alone 10.5.2 and then re-updated so I did the same and my printer problem was fixed and my firewall problem so far has not re occurred.This was happening 4 to 5 times a day. My Back to Mac still does not work.
I am a long time Mac user a Leopard is the most problem plagued update yet.
I hope this works for you to.

So far I have done all the usual stuff: delete, install, repair, etc., and still no joy.
I just booted from my 10.5.1 cloned external and of course everything is fine, and prints via bonjour like it always did. This also ruled out the AirPort firmware update and seems to conclude the issue is in fact with 10.5.2, but we knew that.

AFTER 10.5.2 I ALSO COULDN'T PRINT OFF OF ANY OF THE PRINTERS I HAD NETWORKED.
A simple deletion and then adding them again (as someone posted) solved the problem.

I tried to re-update with the standalone version of 10.5.2. It works for my blackbook with the intel inside. But for my older G5 (no intel) it didn't help! So still the same problem!
