MobileMe Email Support Withdrawn.

Unless anyone can point me in the right direction to the email submission page, I'm pretty sure, after being sent in an ever-increasing loop by the MM website, that you can't now submit an email to Apple asking for help.
You click on "Contact Us" and five clicks later you are back to the same page, via an offer of "Online Chat" which is "Unavailable".
I wanted to query the "1%" which seems to be appearing every two words in every sentence, as though we were being conditioned Pavlovian-style to believe it is "1%". And the "10%" of lost emails also seems to be a pretty low figure.
So my question is, for this Discussion Thread, does anyone know how to get to the page to complete an email to Apple's MobileMe support, if you are, like me, a long-time .Mac customer?
I'm sure I've probably just not spotted a link that would take me where I want to go?
Thanks

Click on your country and then the appropriate area -- there is then a "Still need help?" .... "Email Us" button

That's great thank you both.
What's interesting is if you go through the normal link from their site ie by going here:
http://www.apple.com/support/mobileme/
...when you click on the drop-down menu items for Mail, there is no option for email - only Chat - which is unavailable.
But thanks guys for you instant help. Cheers

-- there is then a "Still need help?" .... "Email Us" button
Yes, there is. In the UK, and most of the rest of the world. In the US there is not.
MM Support, via Chat, has confirmed that they're removed email support for the US for now, as there is Chat Support provided. However, (a) for significant periods of time it's not provided at all, and (b) when it IS provided it can take a very long time before you get connected, and of course (c) their own Help files say that Email support is provided when Chat is off-line, which is not now the case.
There are solutions, however. The following is what I've been providing in other threads:
Feedback — No links are provided for MM Feedback, aside from those specifically keyed to their Help files and contained at the bottom of each of those pages. In the interim I've been recommending the use of the old .Mac Feedback Forms ( http://www.apple.com/feedback/mac/tm.html ), which can still be accessed and which appear to work. Who's reading them is another issue, of course. This link has been killed; no other Feedback links or forms for MobileMe have yet been provided.
Email Support Links — None are provided now for US customers, although they were there originally. Whether or not they're supposed to be there is knowledge buried in that dark hole that is Apple.
In the interim, there are two solutions:
A. For a generic form which isn't keyed in any way to any one specific topic or field or category, you can use the following form/link: http://www.apple.com/support/mobileme/contact.html
B. For the more traditional forms, which are keyed to specific categorees like the one for Mail already provided by Matt elsewhere in this thread, you can access them by working through MM Support/UK. You'll see the same menu structure there as in the US version, as far as I can tell, but once you worm your way down to the end you're presented with an Email link instead of a Chat one. Use this URL for UK Support: http://www.apple.com/uk/support/mobileme/

This no longer works:
Email Support Currently Unavailable
Email support is currently unavailable on the MobileMe support website. Please visit our U.S. Chat support for assistance. Chat support is available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. central, 7 days a week.
The problem is, using "chat" I have an 81 minute wait. *** is that all about?
Nice customer support...

Yes, I know ... here's the current version as of a couple or three days ago:
Feedback — No links are provided for MM Feedback, aside from those specifically keyed to their Help files and contained at the bottom of each of those pages. In the interim I've been recommending the use of the old .Mac Feedback Forms ( http://www.apple.com/feedback/mac/tm.html ), which can still be accessed and which appear to work. Who's reading them is another issue, of course. This link has been killed; no other Feedback links or forms for MobileMe have yet been provided. The prior .Mac page at Apple-Feedback ( http://apple.com/feedback ) has been removed and has not yet been replaced by one for MobileMe. That makes MM the only major hardware/software package from Apple not to be represented there.
MM Chat Support personnel have noted this, admitted that Feedback was not part of the plan for MobileMe, and asked that feedback items be passed along to or through them via the chat and email links. No additional comment necessary on that idea.
Email Support Links — None are provided now for US customers, although they were there originally. Whether or not they're supposed to be there is knowledge buried in that dark hole that is Apple.
In the interim, there are two solutions:
A. For a generic form which isn't keyed in any way to any one specific topic or field or category, you can use the following form/link: http://www.apple.com/support/mobileme/contact.html This link has since been dead-ended and now gives you a bland "Only Chat Support is provided ..." message.
B. For the more traditional forms, which are keyed to specific categories like the one for Mail already provided by Matt elsewhere in this thread, you can access them by working through MM Support/UK. You'll see the same menu structure there as in the US version, as far as I can tell, but once you worm your way down to the end you're presented with an Email link instead of a Chat one.
