Deleted Image Capture - Now I want it back!

So, stupidly after having problems with Image Capture and iPhoto opening upon attaching my iPod, I thought that I could just delete Image Capture. That didn't work and the problem still existed. Plus, now I can't rectify it anymore since the controls for preventing iPhoto from opening are on Image Capture!
What should I do now? I want to get Image Capture back, but I haven't seen an application download by itself. It's always bundled with the 10.4.11 software update, which I can't install since I already have the version.

which I can't install since I already have the version.
Actually you can by simply re=applying he udate...
The combo update for PowerPC-based Macs...
http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/macosx10411comboupdateppc.html
If it still isn't there, then Get Pacifist...
http://www.charlessoft.com/
Run it, insert your Install DVD, search & extract the components you need!
Find that pkg and install it.
