Ipod crashes while playing newly puchased album

I just bought the new Jack's Mannequin album off iTunes, but when I play it on my iPod, it will crash randomly throughout the album. It is never on the same song, but it has yet to play the full album through without resetting. I have bought many albums off iTunes without any problems, I have tried resetting it, and re-syncing my iPod but it is still doing it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'd really like to listen to this whole album without frustration.

Hey......Im having the same problem with the new T.I. album, also purchased from Itunes. This may have nothing to do with it, but I noticed the problem after installing Itunes 8. I have also tried resetting it with no luck.

Hey
Same thing is happening to me with the Jennifer Hudson album!

The same thing is happening to me! Apple needs to fix this with one of their many updates.

I have the same crashing issue with the Jennifer Hudson album on a 5th Gen iPod. This is the reply I got from Apple when I submitted a report:

I also have this problem with the Jennifer hudson Album as does a friend of mine. I tried removing the album and then putting it back on, but this (unsurprisingly) did nothing.

Hey guys....I ran accross this tread looking for answers to this problem. Go all the way to the bottom and read the last one. I have the same problem with my new M.I.A. cd and one song from Coldplay Viva La Vida randomly.

So are there actual Apple support technicians on this forum to help customers, or is this just somewhere we can all discuss our problems without any assistance?
