Hi....I just did the new update for iTunes and when it was finished I tried to sync my iPhone 3G and I keep getting the message, "The iPhone cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13014). Any suggestions? Thanks.

I had the same problem, except the 13014 message went away, however now I have no error messages....the sync says OK....but there is no update to the iPhone. In other words since the update there is no error message and no sync with the iPhone.

Yeah this just started happening to me too.
It backs up my iphone, says it's syncing address book...mail etc and then when the bar says "syncing - - - - -'s iPhone" it comes up with the error message.

I'm having the same error occur. I got it the first time last night right after updating to iTunes 8.0.1. It went away after trying to sync a few times, but has returned this morning.
I get the same error: "The iPhone cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13014)".
I have iPhone 2.1, iTunes 8.0.1 and OSX 10.5.5

I have found that if you quit iTunes and then resync it does work (which is what i did last night). I'm fairly confidant that the error will return shortly, but it has allowed me to sync.

Same here. Installed 8.0.1 last night, and this morning iPhone syncs, but with this error message right after, and it keeps popping back after I click OK.

It appears to sync properly. It just warns with error message at the end.
Same exact message as everyone.
It seems to be systemic problem with new release of iTunes.
