You can safely remove that file, it should be located here:

/System/Library/Extensions/CNQL1212_ClassicNotSeize.kext

Specifically it appears to be an old Canon kext that was most likely used to enable printing from within the Classic environment. Since Classic is not supported on 10.6 (or 10.5, or ...) I think its pretty safe to remove.

I was getting the same error message because of that extension. Thanks for the solution, Andrew. I appreciate it.
