Question

iPhone can not be synced error 13014 occured????

Hi there
Upgraded to iTune 8.0.1 (11) today and now I can not sync the phone ....
Can someone help please

I also upgraded to iTunes 8.0.1 and am seeing the 13014 error. Interestingly the the changes on the phone/iTunes are synced whilst the error dialog is displayed. After that the phone cycles through sync attempts which always generate the 13014 error.

I've received this same error just now (post 8.0.1 (11) update), and I can't see that anything didn't get synced. Hopefully it's nothing major that's causing the error. It doesn't seem to stop the sync as has been stated.

I've also upgraded to iTunes 8.0.1 and am getting a 13014 error that my iPhone cannot be synced. I tried an iPhone restore and got the same error again.

Hi,
same here in Germany. Got this error after updating to iTunes 8.0.1 (11). New Music from the store, changes in the medithek, fotos, programs and updates all are synced fine. The error appears always at the end of the sync.

I also had the error 13014. But it was easy to solve.
Just restart iTunes 8.0.1 and everythings works fine without the error.

i just upgraded to 8.0.1 and the phone sync's(i think) but that error message of 13014 still comes up. i quit i tunes and then plugged the phone in and still got the same error message...anyone know the fix for this or is it up to apple to fix?

Hi there all
I followed "nilsarne's" advice and restarted iTune AND restarted the iPhone at the same time ... and the problems seams to be gone ... so thank you to all

Got the same error but like others here the phone synced everything so the error message was largely cosmetic. Did yours also complete the sync and then display the error message?

I, too, installed iTunes 8.0.1 and am now getting this error when I try to sync. I've tried killing iTunes, power-cycling my iPhone (3G) and still I get the same error message. As near as I can tell, it seems to perform the sync and the error is spurious, but I cannot be sure.

Just updated the iTunes and during sync the message appeared...."cannot be synced unknown error 13014"
