Lost "Camera" app icon on iPhone...how to restore it?

Not sure when it happened, but noticed the Camera icon/app is no long on my iPhone (any screens). Did a complete restore, and that didn't help. Any ideas how I reload it?

MacBook Pro 15", Mac OS X (10.5.6), iPhone 2.2.1

go to settings>general>restrictions and either turn restrictions off or remove the restrictions from just the camera in this screen

Right on....i just had the same problem. this post fixed it. Even thou i set a restriction, i set it just for utube. all others were off.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I just purchased my iPhone today 2 hours later noticed that it did not show a camera icon. After searching the apple site and coming up with no answers I decided to browse the discussion forums with positive results. Camera icon restored. 🙂

You may try to install "bossprefs" from cydia or installer and go to hide icons menu. If it's not there, then try "ssh" connecting your iphone and check camera app folder for icon..
