Disk Utility - has been modified and will not be repaired.

I am running Disk Utility "Verify Disk Permissions" and "Repair Disk Permissions" then I've encountered an errors below. Please let me know how to get rid of it? Or do I need not to be concerned over it? Thanks.

Did you install SL as an upgrade over an existing system? If so I believe the parental controls message may be due to an old ACL. The ARD message is not unusual either. SUID messages should simply be ignored. We all see those. The messages themselves are innocuous. You can safely ignore them as they do not harm.

The messages are much ado about nothing. Just ignore such messages. After repairing permissions, the only thing of importance usually is that you receive a message that the permissions repair completed. [Here is a list of disk utility messages that can be safely ignored|http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1448].
