Is there a dock extender for camera adapter and grip vue use

I have the belkin grip vue installed in my iPad, the camera connection kit adaptor can't fit in the hole of the grip vue, is there an extender dock adapter where I can use it? For those who own both this. What did you do? Maybe you cut the grip vue dock hole larger? How did it go?

What did you use to cut it? Just scissors? Is the grip vue material soft enough to be cuttable with ordinary scissors or does it have to be surgical razor?

I used an exacto knife. Scissors may cut it at an angle.

Only trim off the necessary amount and don't Nick the edges near the big opening.

Leave the flap that extends over the glass in the front.

I used a nibbling tool then touched up the corners with some heat from soldering gun tip. I did not want to leave any 90 deg. edges.

I also used a drill bit to make the audio out hole JUST a little bit bigger as some of my ear plugs were not going in all the way.

Any extenders designed for iPod/iPhone should work.
