Displaying Iphone screen on Computer

Hi,

Is there any easier way to display Iphone screen on computer, I do not want use jailbroken software to do this.

The next best thing to displaying it on the computer would be a projector or monitor. We've used our iPads to display documents onto a projector, and a PC monitor would work the same way. We used the iPod to Composite Cable found here -- http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB129LL/B?mco=MTY3ODQ5OTY

Not sure if you just want it on a larger screen, or if you wanted to view it on your desktop.
