Hello,
I tried to create a new folder but then finder ask me by surprise for my password,
when completed,
finder refuse to create "a new empty folder" because "I do not have the necessary permission", I am the only user of this Mac, I am admin.
How can I create a new folder again ?

If you are running macOS 10.15 Catalina, then you cannot write to the root of the drive as it is now a protected read-only system volume.
