My new iPhone continually chimes vibrates and the screen lights up when 100% charged connected to a fast charger.
That is ok during the day I can go get the phone and start using it but at 3am this is not required.
Any ideas?

So you have the regular iPhone 11 and a "fast charger." Is it the official Apple 18W USB-C version? If so, it should not do that. Otherwise, see this:

Not an Apple brand one. The store didn’t have any. It is a belkin.
